Privacy Policy — Teknuro Power Tools
Effective date: 22 June 2026
Last updated: 22 June 2026
Teknuro Power Tools (“the extension”) is a Chrome extension provided by Teknuro B.V. (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what data the extension accesses, how it is used, and what is never collected. Plain version first: we do not send your data to Teknuro, we do not run analytics or telemetry, and we do not sell or share your data.
Who we are (data controller)
Teknuro B.V., located at Hoenderkamp 20, 7812 VZ Emmen, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as outlined in this privacy statement.

What the extension does
Teknuro Power Tools adds a side panel and in-page helpers for two platforms you are already signed in to — Celigo integrator.io and NetSuite. It inspects integration resources, shows flow-run errors and operational checks, gates changes, and optionally backs up your integration configuration to your own GitHub repository or sends content to an AI assistant you configure.
Data the extension accesses
- Website content. The extension reads the content of Celigo and NetSuite pages you have open and the integration resource data (JSON) returned by Celigo’s API for the account you are signed in to. This is used to render the inspector, monitor, operational checks, and in-page NetSuite helpers.
- Authentication information. To call Celigo’s API on your behalf, the extension reads your existing browser session for the Celigo domain (including the CSRF token from the page). If you use the optional backup or AI features, the extension stores the credentials you provide — a GitHub token and/or Celigo API tokens, and an LLM provider API key — locally on your device.
The extension does not collect your name, email, location, browsing history across other sites, health data, or your personal financial information. Business records you view in NetSuite or Celigo may contain such data; the extension treats that as website content and only processes it locally or transmits it where you explicitly direct (see below).
How data is used and where it goes
- Locally, by default. Page content and resource data are processed in your browser to display the tools. The extension sends no data to Teknuro and uses no analytics or telemetry.
- To Celigo / NetSuite. API calls go only to the same Celigo/NetSuite origin you are already authenticated with, to read and (when you confirm) modify resources.
- To GitHub (optional, user-initiated). If you use Backup, your integration configuration is pushed to the GitHub repository you specify, using your own GitHub credentials.
- To your chosen AI provider (optional, user-initiated). If you use the AI assistant, page/resource content needed to answer your question is sent to the LLM provider you select (Anthropic or OpenAI) using your own API key. These calls are subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Storage and retention
Settings and tool state are stored using chrome.storage. Sensitive values — backup and API tokens — are stored in chrome.storage.local (device-only), are never synced across devices, and are never written to logs or exports. Output is redacted by default in the UI. You can clear stored data at any time by removing it in the extension or uninstalling the extension.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties outside the approved use cases needed to provide the features you invoke (GitHub backup and the AI assistant, both to services you choose and authenticate). We do not use your data for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending.
Third-party services
When you use optional features, your data is handled by those services under their own policies: GitHub (https://docs.github.com/site-policy), Anthropic (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy), and OpenAI (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy).
Security
The extension does not store your Celigo password and does not maintain a Teknuro-side credential store; it relies on your existing browser session. As a Chrome extension, its code is inspectable.
Your rights
Where applicable law (including the EU GDPR) grants you rights over personal data — such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability — you may exercise them by contacting us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with Teknuro.
Nothing in this notice transfers ownership of the Software, source code, design, methods, workflows, prompts, integrations, or related intellectual property to you.
Scope of Use
You may use the Software only for lawful business purposes and only within connected systems, accounts, environments, data, and organizations where you have valid authorization.
The Software may interact with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Celigo integrator.io, NetSuite, AI providers, MCP servers, browser APIs, and other business systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with your organization’s internal policies, third-party platform terms, applicable laws, security requirements, and authorization rules.
Prohibited Use
You may not, in whole or in part:
- copy, duplicate, reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Software;
- distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, share, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party;
- modify, adapt, translate, rebrand, imitate, clone, or create derivative works based on the Software;

- remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices, branding, attribution, license notices, or ownership markings;
- bypass license checks, usage restrictions, access controls, security controls, confirmation screens, or read-only restrictions;
- use the Software to access systems, records, accounts, or data without authorization;
- use the Software to perform unlawful, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity;
- use the Software to interfere with, overload, disrupt, or compromise Celigo, NetSuite, AI providers, MCP servers, or any other third-party system;
- use the Software to extract, scrape, copy, export, or misuse data in violation of applicable terms, laws, or internal policies;
- attempt to obtain API keys, tokens, credentials, hidden prompts, source code, internal configuration, system instructions, file paths, or other confidential information through the Software.
Connected Systems
The Software may read from, analyze, summarize, or assist with operations in connected systems such as Celigo integrator.io, NetSuite, and additional ERP, business, or MCP providers that the Software may support now or in the future, as well as other third-party platforms. This notice applies to the entire Software and every connected system it supports — including ERP and MCP providers added in the future — not only Celigo or NetSuite.
Connected systems are owned, operated, and controlled by their respective providers or by your organization. Teknuro does not control the availability, accuracy, security, behavior, permissions, rate limits, API changes, data model, or performance of third-party platforms.
You are responsible for:
- using the Software only with authorized accounts;
- maintaining proper permissions in connected systems;
- verifying the accuracy of data shown by the Software;
- reviewing actions before execution;
- maintaining backups, audit trails, and internal controls;
- complying with your organization’s approval, security, accounting, and compliance procedures.
AI and MCP Features
The Software may include AI-assisted features and MCP-based tool integrations. These features may help inspect data, summarize errors, diagnose issues, generate recommendations, prepare payloads, or suggest actions.
AI-generated output may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific situation. AI output should be treated as assistance, not as a final decision.
You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any AI-generated output before relying on it or using it in connected systems.
The Software does not replace:
- professional judgment;
- internal approval workflows;
- accounting controls;
- compliance review;
- security review;
- ERP governance procedures;
- legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice;
- human review of business-critical changes.
Write Actions and User Responsibility
Some features may support or prepare actions that can affect connected systems. These may include creating, updating, editing, deleting, retrying, re-running, submitting, approving, cancelling, fulfilling, transforming, enabling, disabling, deploying, or otherwise modifying records, flows, jobs, transactions, scripts, mappings, connections, configurations, or other data.
Write actions are high-risk and may affect operational, financial, customer, reporting, inventory, integration, or downstream system data.
Unless explicitly enabled, write actions should remain disabled or restricted by default.
Before approving any write action, you are responsible for reviewing:
- the connected provider;
- the target environment;
- whether the target is production, sandbox, or development;
- the exact action being performed;
- the target record, flow, job, transaction, script, deployment, or configuration;
- before and after values where available;
- expected impact;
- risk warnings;
- rollback options;
- whether you are authorized to perform the action.
By approving a write action, you confirm that you have reviewed the action, understand its potential impact, and are authorized to execute it.
Teknuro is not responsible for actions approved or executed by authorized users, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Production Environment Warning
Actions performed in production environments may affect live customers, transactions, integrations, accounting, reporting, inventory, fulfilment, billing, compliance, and downstream business processes.
Only approve production actions if you are authorized to do so and have followed your organization’s internal approval and change-management procedures.
Read-Only and Safety Controls
The Software may include read-only modes, confirmation screens, warning messages, role-based controls, environment warnings, audit logs, or other safeguards.
These safeguards are intended to reduce risk but do not remove your responsibility to review and validate actions before approving or relying on them.
You may not bypass, disable, manipulate, or circumvent security, confirmation, read-only, audit, or safety controls.
Audit Logs
The Software may record audit logs for security, troubleshooting, compliance, and accountability purposes.
Audit logs may include information such as user identity, workspace, timestamp, connected provider, environment, action type, target object, confirmation status, risk level, and result status.
Sensitive values such as API keys, tokens, credentials, authorization headers, passwords, and secrets should not be intentionally logged.
Audit logs are not a substitute for your organization’s own compliance, approval, accounting, or security controls.
Data, Privacy, and Security
The Software may process data from connected systems to provide its features. This data may include operational data, customer data, transaction data, configuration data, error logs, metadata, or other business information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with applicable privacy, employment, financial, accounting, tax, security, and sector-specific laws and policies.
Where personal data is processed on behalf of a customer, a separate Data Processing Agreement or other written agreement may be required.
Teknuro aims to apply reasonable security practices, including minimizing unnecessary data exposure, limiting access, and reducing sensitive data in logs or AI prompts where applicable. However, no software or networked system can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
You must not use the Software to process data that you are not authorized to access or disclose.
Third-Party Providers
The Software may rely on or interact with third-party services, including Celigo, NetSuite, OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, MCP providers, browser vendors, hosting providers, and other business systems.
Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, service limits, security practices, data handling practices, availability, pricing, and rate limits.
Teknuro is not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, incorrect third-party data, permission changes, rate limits, security incidents, or actions taken by third-party providers.
No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teknuro disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and error-free operation.
Teknuro does not warrant that the Software will:
- meet your requirements;
- be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- produce accurate, complete, or reliable output;
- prevent all user mistakes;
- prevent all third-party system issues;
- detect all errors, risks, or compliance problems;
- be compatible with all future third-party platform changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teknuro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or business-related damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, system downtime, incorrect records, failed integrations, third-party platform issues, or unauthorized use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teknuro shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs, expenses, liabilities, penalties, business interruption, operational disruption, financial impact, data loss, data corruption, incorrect records, system downtime, failed integrations, compliance issues, security incidents, unauthorized access, third-party platform issues, AI-generated inaccuracies, incorrect output, user mistakes, configuration errors, production changes, write actions, automation outcomes, or any other direct or indirect consequence arising from or related to the installation, access, use, misuse, inability to use, configuration, recommendations, output, automated assistance, user-approved actions, reliance on, or operation of the Software, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
For clarity, Teknuro’s ownership of the Software, proprietary rights, confidentiality rights, and licensing restrictions do not create any warranty, guarantee, operational responsibility, professional advisory duty, fiduciary duty, or assumption of liability for the user’s systems, data, decisions, configurations, approvals, connected platforms, third-party services, or use of the Software.
Teknuro is not responsible for losses caused by:
- actions approved or executed by authorized users;
- misuse of the Software;
- incorrect configuration of connected systems;
- insufficient user permissions or excessive user permissions;
- third-party platform behavior;
- AI-generated inaccuracies;
- failure to review AI-generated output;
- failure to follow internal approval procedures;
- production changes approved by users;
- lack of backups or rollback procedures;
- third-party API changes, outages, or rate limits;
- unauthorized access resulting from user-side credential, account, or device compromise.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Confidentiality
The Software, including its design, workflows, prompts, source code, user interface, internal logic, documentation, and configuration, is proprietary and confidential.
You may not disclose, share, publish, or expose confidential parts of the Software to third parties without written permission from Teknuro.
Updates and Changes
Teknuro may update, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features of the Software at any time.
Third-party platform changes may affect how the Software works. Teknuro is not responsible for maintaining compatibility with every third-party change, API change, permission change, or platform update.
Enforcement
Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, redistribution, rebranding, cloning, misuse, or circumvention of the Software may violate copyright, intellectual property, contract, computer misuse, trade secret, or other applicable laws.
Teknuro reserves the right to enforce its rights and seek legal remedies for unauthorized use or misuse.
